Mark joined the company in 2004 after graduating from the College of Marketing and Design. Mark holds an honours degree in Marketing specialising in Services Marketing. Mark is equally involved in both qualitative and quantitative projects. Mark has gained extensive experience across many sectors, including FMCG’s, the motor industry, financial services, and telecommunications to name a few.
Mark has also developed an intimate understanding of numerous methodologies, and has worked on projects spanning a range of techniques from large scale tracking studies to advertising testing/evaluation, mystery shopping and category management. He speaks regularly at marketing conferences and seminars about the business application of market research.
Mark was elected to the Council of the Marketing Society of Ireland in 2011.
