Whose winning the CX race?

Our monthly tracking study of brand Net Promoter Score across multiple sectors tells an interesting story at the start of 2017.

The banking sector is showing the largest improvement in average Net Promoter Score across all sectors, though supermarkets and pharmacies still lead the CX race.

Of course, the average is just that: and our PlanR tracker shows a widening gap between CX leader brands and CX follower brands in every single sector.
